The service was exceptional, with attentive staff at the reception desk ready to assist with any requests. The location is convenient, being on the main tram line to all tourist areas and with direct bus access to the bus station. Dining at the rooftop restaurant provides amazing Mediterranean views and delightful shareable appetizers. However, the hotel lacks some facilities expected at this price point and cleanliness could be improved in certain areas.

However, the dining experience left me a bit underwhelmed with the food options outweighing the scenic rooftop settings. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, offering a true sense of comfort and relaxation.
I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms are cozy and clean, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the location is just perfect. The only downside could be the average breakfast offerings, but everything else made up for it.
